The smallest unit - GRE-40 - has two separately controlled heating zones, the second one - GRE-60 - has three, and the GRE-80 has four heating zones. 

The stainless steel plates, located in the back of the heating elements, slide out for easy cleaning. There is a built-in receptacle for an electric carving knife. These are truly operator-friendly machines.
